Chef’s Salad on a Stick

Tasty Tuesday Recipe Miss K style!

Ingredients

  • 4 Hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • 1 Pack Thick cut deli ham, turkey, and roast beef
  • 1 Block Swiss cheese
  • 1 Head Red leaf lettuce
  • 1 Pack Grape tomatoes
  • 1 Pack Large green olives
  • 1 Pack Wooden Skewers the little branches that will hold it all together.
  • Some Ranch dressing
  • Sprinkle Black pepper

Instructions

  • Start by cutting your hard-boiled eggs into quarters… slice your cucumber into half circles, nice and chunky.
  • Take your deli meats, slice them into strips, and roll them up into little pinwheels - like tiny spirals of flavor.
  • Cube up that Swiss cheese into bite-sized squares.
  • Now comes the fun part - layering your skewer. Think of it like storytelling… one piece at a time:Add your cheese, cucumber, tomato, and egg… then tuck in your meat pinwheels… fold your lettuce into little bundles and slide them on…
  • Build it up, balance the colors, make it beautiful.
  • Top it off with a green olive—like the final note in a good song.
  • Lay them out, drizzle with ranch, crack a little black pepper over top… and just like that—you’ve got a salad that doesn’t sit still.
    • Perfect for picnics, gatherings, or those days when your spirit says let’s eat and keep moving!!
